Loved my excellent stay in that room in summer time. Had functional, brand-new room with an incredible view, round hole balcony and kitchen.

We loved every detail about our fairly nice 2 nights stay here. The rooms were airy and included a dining area, a writing table and ironing facilities etc. And the bed was extremely comfy.

The rooms are brand-new, it is fairly clean and the staff is very professional. Close to a train station, within walking distance of a supermarket and stores. Easy check-in. By the way, the parking fee is usd 21 per day. Characterful base for a 2-night stay.

The location of the hotel was handy, the staff was willing to help, we loved a perfectly pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable enough and room quite warm. It was pretty clean and everything was perfectly fine. There were a supermarket and a grocery store around the property. Also, such main attraction as piazza della riforma was 1 mile from this hotel.

such perfect and so clean lovely central hotel. variety of supplies in the room: central heating, ironing facilities and a couch bed. the atmosphere created here was family. high quality service during my just perfect stay.

Our new favorite place to stay in Lugano. This cheap hotel was really very clean. A mini-kitchen was a big plus.
